Your customer signs and pays from their own phone.
One message carries everything: a link to read and sign the contract, a link to pay by PayPal, Stripe or your own payment page, and, if you want one, a deposit hold on the customer's PayPal account. The signature lands on the contract by itself.

Prices apply after the beta and are paid inside the app through the App Store. Payment companies (PayPal, Stripe) charge their own fees on what customers pay you.
Things owners ask first.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. The app runs there and keeps your cars, customers, rentals and contracts there. If you choose to sync across devices or add staff, your data goes to your own free cloud account (Firebase or iCloud), never to a server we run. Card details are held in the device's encrypted Keychain only.
Do I need internet?
Not for day-to-day work: rentals, contracts, expenses and reports all work offline on one device. Internet is needed to sync across devices, to send links, and for the optional AI features.
Can I use my own contract?
Yes. Send us the file you print it from (PDF or Word is best; photos work too) from inside the app, and we set it up for you within two working days, free. Every rental then fills it in by itself. Until it's ready, rent with the ready-made contract.
How do customers pay?
Any way you like. Record cash, card, cheque or bank transfer in a tap, or send a payment link: your own payment page (PayPal.me, a bank page, Fygaro, WiPay), or PayPal and Stripe connected directly so the link marks itself paid. The money goes straight to your own account.
Which countries does it work in?
Any. Prices are in your currency, with an optional second currency and separate cash and card rates. VAT, temporary driving licence fees and foreign licences are all handled. It's in use in the Caribbean and reads licences from North America, Europe and beyond. English and Spanish are built in.
Does it work on Android?
Not yet. Today the app runs on iPhone, iPad and Mac. An Android version is planned; tell us at support@mabeleinnovations.com if you'd like to hear when it's ready.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Give each person their own login and choose exactly what they can see and do, down to hiding amounts and card details. This needs the free cloud setup, which takes about ten minutes once.
What does the beta mean for me?
You get the whole app free through Apple's TestFlight, and new versions arrive automatically. The app is already in daily use, but as with any new software, keep a backup (Settings, Back up & restore makes one file with everything). Your data carries over to the App Store version.
