Your records

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the contracts, invoices and records the app produces. The app is a tool to help you produce documents; it does not provide legal advice, and you are responsible for ensuring your contracts meet the legal requirements where you operate.

Backups

Your data lives on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. We are not liable for data lost through device failure, loss, theft or deletion.

Optional AI features

AI-extracted text (from receipts, licences or contracts) is a best-effort aid and may be wrong. Always check it before relying on it. Any third-party AI usage is billed to the API key you supply and is subject to that provider's terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use of the app means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the owner is established. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of the country where you use the app.
